FAQ

Am I eligible for HOTNAT?

HOTNAT allows customers to take the next available train of a Railteam member if they miss their originally scheduled connection due to a delay or cancellation of a previous high-speed train and the HOTNAT criteria are met: The missed connection must be between two high-speed trains within the Railteam alliance, the feeder train is delayed or cancelled, and the change takes place at a HOTNAT station (Paris, Brussels, Cologne, Munich, Basel, Zurich). Utilizing the HOTNAT service is subject to seat availability on each train. If you fulfil the HOTNAT criteria, please ask the service staff for authorization.
